A physical performer, painter and sculptor, Riccardo Attanasio sources inspiration from the Japanese art of calligraphy. Whether performed in front of an audience or not, the calligraphic process is always carried out in one act, where mistakes cannot be corrected. His work is a translation of his emotions, primarily around the themes of consciousness, communication, and consumerism, reflecting the idea that our world has been treated badly.
