Introduced to the artistic world by his father, Ecole de Paris painter Maurice Mendjisky, Serge Mendjisky has exhibited his work across Europe, the United States and Japan and is included in several contemporary art museums' permanent collections, including the Musee d'art moderne de la ville de Paris, the Philadelphia Museum of Art, and the Pouchkine Museum of Fine Arts in Moscow.

In his most common "monotype" works, by photographing, decomposing and re-arranging perspectives of well-known cityscapes, Serge Mendjisky establishes a new rapport between time and space, providing a further dimension and perspective to art.
